Incident: - Firewall failure at a Datacenter led to misrouted traffic & access issues to HCRC services. - In partnership with the hardware provider and services team, the failure has been linked to a firmware version issue
Resolution: - The issue was resolved by services team by 2:00 PM CST.
Mitigation/Control Plan: - A critical maintenance Window: Thursday, February 27, 9PM - 12AM - Firewall provider released a new firmware that is out of beta which has been validated in testing environments with improved experience.
